This policy covers misuse of Bisup infrastructure and services, including malware, phishing, spam, copyright/trademark violations, illegal content, harassment, and network attacks.

2. Reporting abuse

Report abuse to [email protected] with details such as URLs, logs, headers, timestamps, and any supporting evidence. We may request additional information to validate reports.

3. Investigation and actions

  • We acknowledge valid reports and begin review promptly.
  • We may suspend content or services that pose immediate risk.
  • We notify affected customers when appropriate and request remediation.
  • Confirmed violations may result in warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers must secure their accounts, promptly patch software, and respond to abuse notifications in a timely manner. Failure to remediate may lead to service suspension or termination.

5. Law enforcement and third parties

We cooperate with lawful requests from authorities and may share information as required by law or to protect our users and platform.

6. Appeals

7. Policy changes
