Affiliate Program Agreement

Apply through our affiliate portal. We may approve or reject applications at our sole discretion. You must provide accurate information and maintain your account in good standing.

After approval, you will receive unique tracking links. You may place these links on your websites, emails, and social media where permitted by law and platform policies. You must not engage in misleading or deceptive marketing.

• Commissions are earned on qualifying purchases tracked to your affiliate link.
• Self-referrals and fraudulent or canceled orders do not qualify.
• Payouts are made according to the schedule and thresholds stated in your affiliate dashboard.

• No bidding on Bisup brand terms or typos in search ads.
• No spam, unsolicited messages, or cookie stuffing.
• No use of false claims, fake discounts, or unauthorized coupons.
• Do not impersonate Bisup or misrepresent your relationship with us.

You must comply with applicable laws and guidelines, including FTC endorsement rules and advertising standards. Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously where required.

We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for any reason, including violations of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links and references to the program.

Bisup is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the affiliate program, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may change or modify this Affiliate Program Agreement in the future. By continuing to participate in the program or use affiliate links after updates are posted, you acknowledge and accept the updated agreement.
